Islamabad: Here comes good news for retired government employees. The Capital Administration and Development Division has set up a special cell at the National Council of Social Welfare to address their pension-related problems. The cell's establishment was ordered by State Minister for the CADD Dr Tariq Fazal Chaudhry.
NCSW Deputy Director Sajid Hameed is the focal person for the cell. He has been tasked with meeting pensioners and hearing their problems on daily basis before forwarding their cases to the relevant departments for necessary action. Special letters have already been sent to all pensioners to inform them about the establishment of the 'pensioner cell'.
