PAL organises literary session

Islamabad : The Pakistan Academy of Letters (PAL) organised the 36th session of its popular series ‘Chai, Baatain, aur Kitabain’ in which Afghanistan’s renowned poet and writer Dr. Muhammad Afsar Rahbeen, and Dr. Saad Khan, an acclaimed author and President of ECO Cultural Institute (ECI), Tehran were the chief guests. The programme was hosted by Dr. Humira Shehbaz, says a press release.
Dr. Saad Khan highlighted the history and objectives of ECI, an organization promoting cultural and literary ties under ECO. He also shared insights into his extensive research on Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, covering personal and historical aspects. His eight books are already published and more in progress.
