CJP approves promotion of 13 Assistant Registrars to BS-20 grade
These officers will not be entitled to claim any right of seniority over their seniors in seniority list
ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Yahya Afridi on Thursday approved the promotion of 13 assistant registrars of the Supreme Court from BS-19 to BS-20 as senior assistant registrars.
According to a notification issued here by the apex court, the Chief Justice in exercise of powers conferred in terms of Supreme Court Establishment Service Rules, 2015, approved the up-gradation of 13 assistant registrars having 5-year service in BS-19 to BS-20 as senior assistant registrar along with their posts as personal to them with effect from the date mentioned against their names:- Those 13 officers who were promoted included Fawad Ahmed, Sohail Ahmed, Nazir Muhammad, Irshad Hussain, Mir Hussain, Abdul Rehman, Nasir Mehmood Raja, Shahzad Khurram Anis, Hifz-ur-Rehman, Nisar Ahmed, Muhammad Shahid Habib, Ghulam Raza and Khurram Shahzad. The notification stated that in consequence of up-gradation, these officers will not be entitled to claim any right of seniority over their seniors in the seniority list being maintained by this office, from time to time.
