LAHORE:The Home Department has named its central committee room after Khalid Sherdil Shaheed.

Punjab Chief Secretary Zahid Akhtar Zaman, accompanied by Home Secretary Noor-ul-Amin Mengal and Finance Secretary Mujahid Sherdil, unveiled the plaque installed outside the committee room of the Home Department on Friday.

Prime Minister’s Coordinator for National Health Services Dr Mukhtar Ahmed Bharath especially participated in the event. Khalid Sherdil Shaheed belonged to the 24th common of Pakistan Administrative Service. He also held the post of Additional Secretary Home Department Punjab.
