HYDERABAD: In view of the rising cases of dengue in Hyderabad and Jamshoro districts, isolation wards have been set up at the Liaquat University Hospital (LUH) Hyderabad and Jamshoro.
Arrangements have also been completed for anti-dengue spray in the health facilities to protect the patients and employees from dengue. Medical Superintendent of Liaquat Hospital Dr Muhammad Ali Qaimkhani said that Dr Muhammad Aqib Shaikh had been made the LUH Hyderabad focal person for dengue and Dr Munir Ahmed the LUH Jamshoro focal person for dengue. They have been tasked with monitoring the dengue patients in the respective health facilities.
