CM ‘Khelta Punjab’ games from Nov 1
LAHORE : Chief Minister Khelta Punjab Games, the biggest games in the history of Punjab, will explode into action from November 1, 2024.
Punjab Youth Affairs DG Pervez Iqbal shared this information while presiding over a meeting at the National Hockey Stadium here on Tuesday. Director Sports Yasmeen Akhtar, Director Youth Affairs Rana Nadeem Anjum and other officials were present in the meeting. Addressing the meeting, Pervez Iqbal said that all possible measures are being taken for the development of healthy culture among the younger generation in accordance with the vision of Punjab CM Maryam Nawaz. “The players from more than 15,000 sports clubs will be in action during the Khelta Punjab Games in which cash prizes of worth Rs 10 crore will be distributed among the top performing players,” he added.
