Cops rewarded

The DIG operations Tuesday gave away cash prizes and commendation certificates to officials at his office for good performance. Those who received cash prizes and the certificates included Pervez Butt, Iftikhar Anwar, Waheed Ishaq, Zulfiqar Butt, Javed Haider, Mazhar and Ahmad Raza.

DCO: The district coordination officer (DCO), Lahore, visited the Emergency Services Academy, held a meeting with its director general and discussed the matters relating to training and development projects. The registrar of the academy and other senior officers were also present. The DG appreciated the role of the district management played during management of Sundar Industrial Estate factory collapse disaster.
