Central Selection Board meeting soon: FBR asks officers to submit PERs, asset declarations
Reporting/countersigning officers have been requested to forward documents to Board (ERM Section)
ISLAMABAD: The FBR has directed all its officers belonging to both Customs and Inland Revenue Service (IRS) to provide their performance evaluation reports (PERs) and asset declarations for promotion to the next grades.
The Establishment Division has informed that a meeting of the Central Selection Board (CSB) for the promotion of officers from BS-20 to BS-21 and from BS-19 to BS-20 is scheduled to be held shortly and cases for promotion will be submitted to the Establishment Division by 10.10.2024. All BS-19 and BS-20 officers of IRS/PCS are requested to ensure their PERs and asset declarations up to 30.06.2024 are submitted to the board by October 9. The completion of PERs and asset declarations are the prerequisite for promotion under the Civil Servants Promotion (BS-18 to BS-21) Rules, 2019. The board is trying hard to ensure all eligible officers are considered for promotion in the forthcoming CSB meeting. The reporting/countersigning officers have been requested to immediately forward the documents to the Board (ERM Section) without delay.
