The selection of ‘The Glassworker’ as Pakistan’s official entry for the 2025 Oscars is a very crucial turning point for our creative industry. This will be the first ever 2D hand-drawn animated film from Pakistan competing in the category of International Feature Film.
This achievement is not just for the filmmakers and artists who took part in the movie's creation; it is an achievement for the whole of Pakistan as it shows the world our rich culture and creative potential.
