Man arrested on fraud charges

NOWSHERA: Electricity consumers on Monday staged a protest outside an outlet where they had deposited their power bills last month.The people complained that their electricity bills had not been deposited by the owner of the outlet.
They said the electricity bills for the current month carried the arrears from the last month, which they had deposited. The people said that the owner of the outlet had not deposited the money into the Pesco account and had transferred it into his bank account.The outlet was located in the limits of the Nowshera Cantonment where gas and electricity consumers deposited their utility bills.
