Tribe, heirs pardon cop who killed blasphemy accused
Police official who gunned down blasphemy accused in police lockup in Cantt police station had been arrested by police and a case was registered against him on murder charges

QUETTA: Family members, including sons and brothers of blasphemy accused, have pardoned the police official Saad Muhammad Sarhadi who had killed the accused in police custody.
Speaking at a press conference, Muhammad Usman and Muhammad Wali, Noorzai tribe chief Haji Faizullah Nourzai said they have unconditionally pardoned the police official Saad Muhammad Sarhadi, who killed accused Abdul Ali aka Shakhi, in the name of Allah. Khair Muhammad and Bor Muhammad, brothers of the blasphemy accused, were also present on the occasion. The police official who gunned down blasphemy accused in the police lockup in Cantt police station had been arrested by the police and a case was registered against him on murder charges.
