ASF arrests passenger with 1.2kg heroin at airport

The Airport Security Force (ASF) intercepted a passenger at the Karachi airport and seized over 1.2 kilogrammes of heroin from his luggage on Friday.
According to ASF officials, the passenger, Muhammad Shoaib, was travelling to Bahrain from Jinnah International Airport. During the luggage inspection, ASF personnel identified his travel bag as suspicious. A detailed examination revealed 1.203 kilogrammes of heroin skillfully hidden in the bottom of the bag. Following the initial questioning, the suspect and drugs were handed over to the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) for further legal action.
