Dangerously slow

Due to the snail’s pace of construction of a small bridge in Kota village in Swat, on the main GT Road, accidents are taking place every other day. During summer, many heavy trucks are on the roads, transporting different fruits from orchards in the Swat valley to the rest of the country.
Such trucks have been involved in recent accidents, leading to several injuries and destroying the cargo the trucks are carrying. The highways authority is requested to make sure that the contractors speed up the construction of this bridge as it is located on a major artery of the Swat valley.
