Islamabad: The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast more monsoon rains from today (August 14-Wednesday) through August 18.
According to it, monsoon winds are likely to enter upper and middle areas of the country with the fresh rain spell taking place along with storms and lightning. The PMD said the coastal areas of Sindh were expected to have a partially cloudy atmosphere as light rains might occur.
Islamabad, Rawalpindi and other areas of Punjab will likely receive rain from August 14 to August 18. The PMD said rain along with strong winds was likely to fall in Murree, Galyat, Chakwal, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Faisalabad, Hafizabad, Jhang, Lahore, Nankana Sahib, Narowal, Okara, Pakpattan, Sheikhupura, Sialkot, Sahiwal and Wazirabad.
