Two men died in separate mishaps in the city.

In Korangi Industrial Area, a conductor, Muhammad Chand, 20, was killed and the driver, Miskeen Khan, suffered injuries when their speeding truck - carrying a load of ice - overturned near the Jam Sadiq Bridge.  Also in the Korangi police limits, 32-year-old Zaheer died of electric shock at his 100 Quarters residence in Korangi No-5. Police said the man was fixing a water pump when the tragedy occurred.
