PMA protest ‘policies against doctors’

LAHORE:Pakistan Medical Association (PMA) Punjab on Wednesday held a protest demonstration and a rally against Punjab Healthcare Commission's ‘policies against doctors’ in the province.

The leaders and representatives of the association across Punjab under its president Ghulam Shabbir participated in the protest. Besides, Dr Abdul Qayyum, representative of Private Hospitals Association, Dr Tariq Mian and Dr Shahid Shahab, representatives of Pakistan Association of Family Physician (PAFP), and Dr Shahid Shahab, and President of Young Doctors Association (YDA), Punjab, Dr Shoaib Niazi and other members participated. Scores of doctors took out a protest rally from PMA House here which culminated outside the Punjab Healthcare Commission.
