Two sentenced to life imprisonment in murder case

Rawalpindi:The Additional District and Sessions Judge (ADSJ) Rawalpindi on Friday sentenced a woman and her acquaintance to life imprisonment for the murder of her husband. Last year, the Jatali police registered a murder case against Sughra Faisal and her partner Saad Zafar, following a complaint by the victim’s brother. The woman was accused of killing her husband, Faisal Sharif, by putting a noose around his neck. After the trial concluded, the court sentenced both Sughra Faisal and Saad Zafar to life imprisonment.
