Iesco holds open courts
Islamabad:The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (Iesco) has started open courts (Khuli kucharies) in all operation sub-division offices on daily basis from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for rectifications of valuable customers electricity related issues on priority and without any delays, says a press release.
Iesco Chief Executive Muhammad Naeem Jan in his statement on Thursday said that in accordance with federal government and ministry of energy power division directives, Iesco is again proving a very active forum to valuable customers in form of open courts. The customers having billing, low voltages, over loaded transformers, news connection, late bills distribution, power outage, damaged transformers, defective meter, etc., complaints can visit these open courts for quick redressal and remedy.
