PESHAWAR: The Special Anti-Terrorism Court on Monday adjourned hearing in the bail pleas in the murder case of eight persons in Badber, Peshawar.
As the hearing started, the lawyer for the complainant sought time to study the record of the case.Upon this, the court adjourned the hearing in the pleas for interim bail of nominated accused Shahmoos, Azizur Rahman and Ubaidullah and post-arrest bail of Farmanullah and Roohullah for July 22.
