Iranian envoy lauds Edhi’s services

LAHORE: Iranian Ambassador Reza Amiri Moghadam lauded the services of late Maulana Abdul Sattar Edhi on his 8th death anniversary on Monday.
In his message, Reza Amiri Moghadam said that Maulana Abdul Sattar Edhi was a dedicated individual, a humanitarian at heart and an asset to Pakistani society. Moghadam said Edhi founded the Edhi Foundation, which operated the world's largest ambulance network besides building shelters for the homeless, animal shelters, rehabilitation centres and orphanages across Pakistan. Moghadam said that Edhi’s services would be remembered for his unwavering dedication to humanity.
