LAHORE: Begum Qaisara Elahi, the wife of central president of Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chaudhry Parvez Elahi, has denied the news of family reconciliation. She said Ch Shujaat Hussain had no role in the release of Parvez Elahi and there had been no family reconciliation, adding that such news was based on lies.
“Parvez Elahi was released by the grace of Allah, the courts gave us justice,” said Qaisara Elahi, the mother of Moonis Elahi.
She said: “Parvez Elahi has given a message to Shujaat Sahib that nothing will happen until our stolen mandate is returned. Both Moonis Elahi and Ch Parvez Elahi will continue to support PTI. Parvez Elahi is not considering joining the Q-League now or in the future, all these claims are baseless. The Q-League has now become a party founded on a stolen mandate; no person with intelligence and integrity would join Q-League.” Qaisara further said that the two sons of Ch Shujaat are busy spreading lies against them all the time. “For the past year and a half, they have been spreading such rumours from different sources, I don’t know what they want to achieve by spreading such false news.”
