Two youths die in road mishap

SWABI: Two youths were killed and their four friends were injured when a car rammed into a tree on Swabi-Jhanda Road on Saturday, Rescue 1122 officials said.
They said that six youngsters were on their way to Pehur High Level Canal (PHLC) in the Jhanda area for summing. The driver, they said, failed to control the vehicle due to high speed on the Swabi-Jhanda Road and it rammed into a roadside tree. As a result, Muhammad Sami, 18, and Muhammad Musa, 20, stated to be cousins, died on the spot while their four friends sustained injuries. The bodies were taken to the District Headquarters Hospital for autopsy and the injured were shifted to Bacha Khan Teaching hospital Shahmansoor for treatment.
