Two robbers killed in Charsadda

CHARSADDA: Two alleged robbers were killed in an encounter with police on Sokhta Road here, police officials said on Friday.
They said that a police party of the Mandani Police Station reached the Sokhta road on information about the presence of robbers. “The robbers opened fire on the police van,” a police official said, adding, the cops returned the fire, killing two robbers on the spot. Another accomplice of the robbers managed to escape. The deceased were identified as Loqman and Imtiaz.
