Zafaraullah felicitated

The academic, social and parliamentary circles have congratulated constitutional expert, founder of Green Press Pakistan and head of Centre for Civic Education, Zafarullah Khan on his appointment as Executive Director, Pakistan Institute of Parliamentary Services.

Zafarullah Khan was appointed by Board of Governors of PIPS here with National Assembly Speaker Ayaz Sadiq in the chair.

Zafarullah Khan is avowed expert on constitutional and parliamentary affairs. He has written a number of books, reports and articles at national, regional and international levels over the civic education, parliamentary democracy, constitutionalism, federalism and fundamental rights. Recently, his book on fundamental rights was published by the Senate of Pakistan. He had also been invited as speaker at Civil Service Academy, universities, national and international conferences and other forums.
