400 kw solar system opens at PU

LAHORE : A state-of-the-art 400-kw solar system installation was inaugurated in the university's Centre of Excellence in Molecular Biology (CEMB) on Saturday.
Punjab University Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Khalid Mahmood was the chief guest on this occasion. Director CEMB Dr Moazur Rahman, Dean Health Sciences Academy Prof Dr Shahid Baig, Secretary of the Pakistan Science Foundation Dr Raja Razi ul Hasnain, Prof Dr M Ali Shah and others were present on this occasion.
In his address, Dr Khalid Mahmood highlighted the university's commitment to sustainability and renewable energy.
