Three suspected robbers held

Three members of a dacoit gang were arrested in District West of Karachi on Thursday. According to details, the suspects were apprehended by the SITE B Section police station. The arrested individuals included Shan alias Shani, Bilal Shah, and Kashif. Two snatched and stolen motorcycles, as well as crystal methamphetamine, were recovered from their possession. One of the recovered motorcycles was snatched within the jurisdiction of the SITE A police station, while the other was stolen from the SITE area on Friday.

The suspects were identified and arrested with the help of CCTV footage from the motorcycle theft incident a day before their arrest. The police stated that Shani, the leader of the gang, was previously involved in a murder during a robbery in 2020. Shani had also been previously arrested and imprisoned on multiple charges.
