IG orders giving relief to cops’ families
LAHORE:Punjab IG Dr Usman Anwar has issued directives for providing relief to the families of police employees. IG met the police employees and their families at the Central Police Office, after listening to the requests and applications submitted by the police employees and their families. He directed the AIG Admin to provide relief on the application of Saba Shahzadi, daughter of deceased Head Constable Zakaullah, to be recruited as a junior clerk. He directed for providing relief to DIG Welfare on the request of payment of medical bills for son's treatment of Inspector (Retd) Mehar Manak.
Dr Usman Anwar directed the AIG Admin to take action on the application of Jawad, son of Constable Muhammad Shahid Hameed (deceased), for recruitment as a constable. Head Constable Rizwan Ashraf's request for provision of official quarters was sent to CCPO Lahore. The IG sent the application of Constable Shoaib Anwar's (deceased) son for recruitment as constable driver to DIG Establishment II for necessary action. Application regarding assistance in the medical education expenses of the daughter of Assistant CPO Office Multan, Atta Muhammad.
The IG directed the DIG Welfare to provide relief on the request. Dr Usman Anwar directed DIG establishment to provide relief on the request of sub-inspector Muhammad Sharif for departmental promotion. He directed for providing relief to constable Shahbaz Ahmad's wife's request for recruitment of her son as constable. He said that all possible relief should be provided to the police employees through immediate action on all the requests.
Female ASP calls on IGP
A newly recruited ASP Monday visited Central Police Office with her family members and called on IGP. The IGP congratulated her for joining the police force and also extended congratulations to her parents and brother.
Meanwhile, IGP, Monday said Elite Force is a modern trained professional force that is capable of completing high profile operations and other challenges. Meanwhile, IGP Monday increased the number of students in police welfare schools established in different districts. He also asked RPOs and DPOs to visit police schools.
