CHITRAL: A young polo player from Chitral has tied the knot with an American woman in the federal capital. Nooruddin Anwar, popularly known as Mashr, and stated to be a poet as well, is chairman of the Booni Village Council in the Upper Chitral district.
He befriended the American woman on the Facebook networking site and the friendship ended in a marriage. The couple’s marriage went viral on social media.It was learnt that the couple would leave Islamabad for the Booni town in Chitral on Friday.
