Last year, the chief justice gave away his luxury vehicles, reportedly having never used them and criticized the purchase of luxury vehicles for state officials through public money. In my view, almost our entire budget is wasted on unnecessary expenses, regardless of how tight the country’s finances are. Is this the kind of expenditure for which the government is fighting tooth and nail to increase tax revenues? And yet, there is no money for the 26 million children out of school or life-saving drugs in hospitals. There is a need for the head of the government that has led the country to this disastrous stage to offer some kind of explanation for how this happened.
