QUETTA: The arrest warrant for Mahmood Khan Achakzai, head of the Pakhtunkhwa Milli Awami Party (PkMAP) and opposition alliance, were issued on Friday.
Judicial Magistrate Quetta issued the arrest warrant for Mehmood Khan Achakzai with reference to the FIR registered at the Gawalmandi police station.
During the raid on the house of Mehmood Khan Achakzai, a case of interference in state affairs was registered against him. The Judicial Magistrate issued warrants for not appearing in connection with the FIR. The magistrate ordered the police to arrest Mahmood Khan Achakzai and produce him on April 27.
