Stolen items handed over to owner

DIG Organised Crime Unit (OCU) handed over the stolen property worth lakhs of rupees to the original owner. The items, including ten lakh rupees in cash and gold ornaments, were stolen from the Defence area but the OCU returned these items to the complainant Shaukat Javed.
