Safari train runs for Sikh yatrees

LAHORE : Pakistan Railways (PR) has run a safari train on the Lahore-Narowal section for Sikh pilgrims.
According to a spokesperson, the train consists three coaches, two inspection coaches and a power van which was operated with the help of a steam locomotive which reflects the old era of railways. The train was beautifully decorated in traditional style and PR officers saw the train off at Lahore railway station.
Sikh yatrees thanked the Pakistan Railways authorities for running the train.
On the directives of the Divisional Superintendent of Railways, Lahore, all possible facilities were provided to the guest Sikh pilgrims through train transportation.
