PESHAWAR: Commissioner of Mardan Division Shaukat Ali Yousafzai has set up district committees under the supervision of additional deputy commissioners (General) in Mardan and Swabi to end the use of polythene bags in both districts.
Other members of the committees include the respective assistant commissioners/additional assistant commissioners and the respective tehsil municipal officers.The committees will submit a report every fortnight to the commissioner on clearing their respective districts from polythene bags.
