Restructure

This letter refers to the article ‘5-year plans are a thing of the past; Time to dissolve the Planning Commission?’(Business, March 16, 2024). I would mostly endorse the views of the writer. The work, the resources, and the premises of the Planning Commission should be handed over and re-named as the public-private partnership commission.

This would entail the best government experts and bureaucrats and private-sector experts and entrepreneurs getting together to devise the next set of exciting strategies that me must implement to propel Pakistan forward.
