ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif held a meeting on Tuesday, wherein they expressed their resolve to steer the country out of present challenges.
According to an official announcement from the President’s House, the meeting at the Aiwan-e-Sadr focused on discussing the country’s overall political and economic situation. The meeting also featured deliberations on measures to extend relief to the masses during Ramazan.
It is understood that the matter related to the coalition between PPP and PMLN was also discussed in the light of upcoming Senate elections scheduled for April 2.
