LDA officers asked to resolve pending issues

LAHORE: Lahore Development Authority Director General Tahir Farooq visited LDA One Window Cell, interacted with citizens and asked about their concerns related to property transfers and provision of NOCs.

He interacted with the visiting senior citizens and inquired about their issues. Director of the One Window Cell briefed the DG on the received cases. Tahir Farooq instructed the housing directors to promptly resolve pending matters on a daily basis, underscoring the priority of timely service delivery to citizens. He also assessed the performance of staff across various sections of the One Window Cell.

He said that ongoing short-term and long-term initiatives are under way aimed at enhancing the One Window Cell's performance, with daily reviews of its operations. One Window Cell's performance is being reviewed on a daily basis. Reforms are being implemented to expedite the processing of citizens’ applications at the One Window in minimum possible time. Director DG Headquarters Asif Hussain, Chief Town Planner II Azhar Ali, Director One Window Cell Rafia Nazir and related officers were present.
