ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday wrapped up the petition filed by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in connection with meeting with the PTI founder being withdrawn by the petitioner.
IHC Chief Justice Aamer Farooq took up for hearing the petition of KP CM.
The assistant lawyer to Zahoor-ul-Hassan, counsel for Ali Amin Gandapur, while requesting for withdrawing the petition, said they had filed the application for meeting with PTI founder which has been arranged.
“We withdraw the petition as meeting has taken place,” the assistant lawyer said. The court wrapped up the petition while accepting the plea for its withdrawal.
