One witness cross-examined in Al-Qadir case
Prosecution presented two witnesses, including the chief financial officer of Al-Qadir University
ISLAMABAD: Accountability Court Judge Nasir Javed Rana has postponed the hearing of the 190 million-pound scam reference against Imran Khan and his wife until March 20.
The proceedings took place at Adiala Jail Saturday, with Special Prosecutor Chaudhry Nazar, Irfan Bhola, and others representing NAB, and lawyers of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi, including Chaudhry Zaheer Abbas, Usman Gul, and others, in attendance. Both Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi were present in the courtroom, accompanied by Bushra Bibi’s daughter and son-in-law. The prosecution presented two witnesses, including the chief financial officer of Al-Qadir University. One witness underwent cross-examination by defence lawyers while the court recorded the statement of another witness. Further witnesses have been summoned for the upcoming hearing.
