Five suspects denied bail in terrorism cases

PESHAWAR: Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Muhammad Iqbal has denied bail to five accused nominated in two separate cases of terrorism and other serious crimes, ordering their incarceration in prison.

The court was informed during a hearing that the suspects Musa Khalil, Yaseen Khan, and Hassan Gul were accused of targeting police officers in Peshawar and were already nominated in a case at CTD Police Station.

Similarly, Shah Rukh and Salman were detained by Jamrud police officials. According to the FIR, the two suspects were present in the area with intentions of sabotage at the time of their arrest and they also carried hand grenades, weapons, and other explosives.After the completion of arguments, the court rejected the bail applications of all suspects.
