ISLAMABAD: The federal government has reappointed Khan Nawaz, a BPS-20 officer of Secretariat Group, as Member (Finance) of Heavy Industries Taxila Board for another four years or till retirement whichever is earlier.
Khan Nawaz, who is currently on the same post, got his tenure extended with effect from August 01, 2023.
Khurshid Ahmad, Principal Scientific Officer (BS-19), National Veterinary Laboratory (NVL), is posted as Director General (BS-20), NVL, Ministry of National Food Security and Research, under Section 10 of the Civil Servants Act, 1973, till his date of superannuation, which is March 10, 2025 or till the availability of regular incumbent, whichever is earlier. A notification has been issued with the approval of the prime minister.
Deputy Secretary Parliamentary Affairs Maira Javed Khan has been transferred and appointed as Deputy Secretary, Ministry of Finance (Military Finance wing), Rawalpindi. The services of Deputy Secretary, Interior, Shafqat Ali, have been returned to the Cabinet division. Deputy Divisional Superintendent, Pakistan Railways, Lahore, Imran Mishal, has also been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary, Ministry of Religious Affairs. A BPS-19 officer Muhammad Salman, who was posted at National Vocational Technical Training Commission, has now been posted as Deputy Secretary, Overseas Pakistanis.
