The court dismissed the petition filed against the construction of 30-storey building.Sahibzada Muzaffar Ali, senior legal adviser of LDA, gave arguments. Petitioner Noor Din had challenged construction of the building in the residential area. He had taken plea in the petition that high-rise buildings cannot be constructed in residential area.
