10 doctors get final show cause notices

The Sindh health minister has ordered issuance of final show cause notices to 10 doctors for prolonged absence from duty.
Earlier, a total of 19 long absent doctors were called for personal hearing but only nine doctors appeared for personal hearing. Those who did not appear for personal hearings were doctors Suresh Kumar Tulerja, Shaikh Imran, Kanesh Kumar, Zulfikar Ali Qutrio, Aijaz Ali, Naveeduddin, Hari Lal, Zaheer Ahmed, Aziz Nisa and Shehla Yasmeen.
The health minister has warned them to join their duties soon otherwise they will be removed from their services.
