ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has constituted a special bench to hear two appeals of PTI founder Imran Khan on Monday.
The bench will hear the PTI founder chairman’s appeal in the cipher case in which he has been awarded 10-year rigorous imprisonment and Toshakhana NAB reference in which Imran was awarded 14-year imprisonment. The bench comprises IHC Chief Justice Aamir Farooq and Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb.
Shah Mehmood Qureshi’s appeal in the cipher case has also been fixed for hearing on Monday. The Toshakhana appeal plea filed by Bushra Bibi will also be heard. Meanwhile, another bench comprising Chief Justice Aamir Farooq and Justice Mehmud Jehangiri will hear IK’s appeal for bail in the 190 million pounds Al-Qadir Trust case.
Action will be taken against traffic violations, underage drivers, and illegal vehicles
