Judge who resigns gets pension, benefits

He will also get electricity, water, gas and telephone facility at his home free of cost

ISLAMABAD: The judge, after acceptance of his resignation, will get monthly pension equivalent to his salary.

Legal experts say apart from a car, the judge who resigned will have from government five employees, driver, orderly, cook, gardener and sweeper, for life. Other than salary, all the five employees will get monthly judicial allowance equivalanet to four salaries. The judge will avail free car with petrol. He will also get electricity, water, gas and telephone facility at his home free of cost.
