Govt decides to hold ‘Pakistan Day’ parade

ISLAMABAD: The federal government has decided to organize the armed forces parade on Pakistan Day on March 23, 2024 at the Parade Ground near Shakarparian. The Pakistan Day parade could not be held in 2023.
The concerned departments have been directed to make arrangements for holding Pakistan Day parade. It is estimated that Rs7 million will be spent on marking lanes and painting Kerb stones. Besides, hundreds of thousands of rupees will be incurred on repairing damaged fences around the venue.
