Senior lawyer honoured
PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Bar Council (KPBC) has honored senior lawyer Ashraf Khan Gadoon, with the Lifetime Achievement Award for his services to the legal field spanning over five decades.
Vice-Chairman of the bar, Zar Badshah Khan, and Chairman of the Executive Committee, Syed Mubashir Shah, gave away the award to the lawyer who is also a member of the KPBC.
The speakers praised Ashraf Gadoon for always standing for the rule of the law and supremacy of the Constitution. They advised the young lawyers to learn from him to serve the public in a better way.
Ashraf Gadoon thanked the KPBC for the award and said he had always struggled for the rights of marginalized and oppressed communities and vowed to keep on continuing that.It is to be mentioned here that Ashraf Gadoon is one of the senior most lawyers of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa who has been practicing the law for the last 53 years.
