MARDAN: Qul for former chief justice of the Peshawar High Court (PHC), Justice (R) Fazal Elahi Khan, will be offered today (Thursday) at Ikrampur village, Baizo Kharkai in the Mardan district.
The deceased was the father of PHC judge Justice Fazal Subhan Khan, Inayat Elahi of PIA, Dr Noor , Dr Zahoor and father-in-law of Dr Gohar and Dr Adnan Khalid Jan.
