ISLAMABAD: The government has arranged a large quantity of passport lamination paper due to special efforts of Interior Minister Sarfraz Ahmed Bugti, Interior Secretary and DG Passport Mustafa Jamal Qazi.
The Passport and Immigration Department will get the consignment of lamination paper today.
Following the development, the Immigration Department will issue passports in three business days on all those applications which have been submitted in the fast-track category while passports will be issued in five days on those applications submitted in the urgent category. Besides, a normal passport will be issued in 21 business days. The spokesman rejected the baseless news in this regard and said it has nothing to do with reality.
