KARACHI: The Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI), the country's apex trade body, said on Wednesday it will hold its 11th annual achievement awards ceremony on Dec. 23 in Islamabad, with the participation of several foreign ambassadors.
The awards, which recognise the performance of businessmen in various sectors, will be presented by the envoys of major and friendly economies, the FPCCI said in a satatement.
The chief guest of honor for the ceremony will be Mohamed Karmoune, the acting dean of the diplomatic corps in Islamabad and the ambassador of Morocco. The FPCCI said the event will provide a unique opportunity for the business community to explore commercial possibilities across the globe.
