ISLAMABAD: Pakistan will take on The Netherlands in their opening Junior World Cup Hockey match early Wednesday morning in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia).
Pakistan has been grouped with Belgium, The Netherlands and New Zealand with the top two teams making it to the last eight stage.
Pakistan outwitted South Africa 2-0 in the warm-up match on Monday. Abdul Hannan struck the opener with Ghazanfar making it 2-0 to complete the tally. The match against The Netherlands will be followed by the second match against New Zealand on December 7 and final pool match against Belgium on December 9.
